Esselte Corporation to Transition Custom Filing
Business to International Filing Company
Esselte Corporation and
International Filing Company have announced the transition of all
custom filing products from Esselte Corporation to International Filing Company.
Effective September 1, 2008,
customer service, production and distribution for custom filing products will be
handled by IFC. These products include
custom filing, minute books, special bound books and ring binders supplied by the
Custom Filing Business group of Esselte Corporation.

our custom filing business to IFC because of the confidence we have that they will
be able to provide customers with excellent service”, said Ron
McCormack, Vice President of Sales North America for Esselte Corporation.
